About Me

First of all, and most importantly, congratulations on getting engaged!

Secondly, thank you for considering me as part of your wedding day. It genuinely means a lot. Music plays such a huge part in creating the atmosphere of a wedding, and I’ve always believed the best weddings come down to three things: great people, great food and great music.

Marrying my wife Maddie in 2023 was the best decision I ever made and one of the best days of my life. We now live in Belconnen with our little boy Finn and our two dogs, Ralph and Steve.

I grew up on a farm just outside Canberra and have always loved the country lifestyle. Music has been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember, and alongside weddings I also work professionally as a recording artist under the name MAXO.

As MAXO, I’ve released music heard by millions of listeners, charted internationally, toured and performed across Australia and overseas, supported major Australian artists, and had my music featured across television and major sporting broadcasts including ESPN in the US and Sky Sports in the UK.

Since 2011, I’ve also been fortunate enough to perform and DJ at hundreds of weddings across Australia and overseas, for some of the most amazing, hilarious, hospitable and loved-up couples you could meet.

For me, it’s a genuine privilege to help create the soundtrack to one of the biggest days of your life and an atmosphere that you and your guests will remember for years to come.
